Jackie has 14 years experience as an executive search consultant. After attending The Ohio State University, she worked for two major search firms. She joined Hudepohl & Associates in 2002. Jackie manages senior level searches and supports all the firm’s practice groups. Within higher education, she serves a variety of institutions, including private and public universities, liberal arts colleges, education associations, and academic medical centers. Her understanding of shared governance enables her to effectively assess a candidate’s qualifications and institutional fit.

Jackie has completed searches in higher education for positions such as the Vice President, Finance and Administration; President, higher education associations; Chief Investment Officer; Executive Director, Financial Affairs; Senior Associate Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer; Vice President, Communications and Marketing; and Chief Information Officer.

Jackie is also experienced in managing searches in public pension funds, serving funds from small municipal pension plans with assets of several billion to Top 10 public funds. She has an excellent understanding of pension fund administration and investment management and has completed searches including CEO; Executive Director; Deputy Executive Director; CFO; Chief Investment Officer; and senior investment officers.

Her broad-based knowledge is invaluable serving a diverse industry client base of manufacturing, financial services and insurance companies. Some of her more notable industry searches include CFO; CISO; Controller; Principal; Institutional Investment Consultant; Chief Information Officer; Chief Investment Officer; and Vice President, Marketing.
