Our search process is customized to each client's unique needs. It is not a "cookie-cutter" approach. A Principal is actively involved and is very "hands-on," overseeing every phase of the company's proprietary search process--from development of the search strategy...through applicant evaluation...to negotiation of the compensation package and onboarding process.
We operate three practice groups (Education, Industry and Pension Funds) and serve a diverse client base, including Fortune 500 companies, public and private education systems, and pension funds, located in the Midwest, Northeast, Southeast, and West regions.
Our team has consistently exceeded client's expectations. For the three year period 2005-2007, we reported 100% Retention, 97.5% Offer Acceptance Rate and 95.2% Fill Rate.
Our fee, a percentage of base salary only plus expenses, is typically less than the industry standard. We do not charge a fee on other compensation (e.g., bonus, car and housing allowances) as other executive search firms do and keep client costs to a minimum by offering a choice of payment options.
