Our fee, a percentage of base salary only, plus expenses is typically less than the industry standard. Our minimum fee is $35,000. We do not charge a fee on other compensation (e.g., performance or signing bonus, car and housing allowances), as other executive search firms do. We keep client costs to a minimum by offering a choice of payment options:

• Payment of a retainer, equal to the projected fee (paid in three installments) plus expenses
• Fixed fee, an amount "not to exceed" and includes all Hudepohl costs (paid in three installments)
