Deb joined Hudepohl in 2005 as a Consultant assisting the Principals and Senior Consultants on senior level searches. She supports all of the firm’s practice groups. Her broad understanding of the search process enables her to effectively manage client and candidate relationships. In addition to assisting with the searches, Deb manages and oversees the firm's market research and analysis, database administration, and development of client proposals.

Deb has assisted the Principals and Senior Consultants with searches for the Vice President, Finance and Administration; President, higher education associations; CEOs; CFOs; Senior Associate Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer; Vice President, Communications and Marketing; Chief Information Officer; and Chief Investment Officer.

She comes to Hudepohl with seven years of residential real estate experience both in sales and contract administration. While building her own real estate business, she provided administrative support to a top producing team by creating systems and coordinating operations for the team. She designed and produced ad campaigns and mass mailings, created market analysis presentations, coordinated staff training, and implemented procedural changes with the staff.

With a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University, she began her career as a Defense Electronics Project Buyer with Texas Instruments in Dallas. She coordinated purchasing operations and worked closely with project engineers and managers to prepare requests for bids, negotiate contracts, expedite prototypes and orders, and source new component vendors. Deb managed a team of buyers in addition to her project responsibilities.
