Bonnie Scafaro, Senior Consultant

Bonnie has a well-established career in corporate recruiting, bringing over 20 years of human resources (HR) and talent acquisition experience to Hudepohl. She has earned the reputation as a versatile, results-oriented leader. She has significant HR experience in the manufacturing, electronics and healthcare industries.

As Senior Consultant, Bonnie manages senior-level searches across various industries in support of all practice groups. Her search experience, both in industry and with Hudepohl, includes managing national searches for positions of CFO; Chief Information Officer; VP, Regulatory & Quality; VP, Engineering Research; VP, Global Engineering; VP, Scientific Development; VP, Business Development; General Counsel; VP, Investor Relations; VP, Human Resources; VP, Internal Audit; and other financial positions.

Prior to joining Hudepohl, Bonnie worked for several years in corporate recruitment with STERIS Corporation, a billion dollar corporation with over 5,000 employees worldwide. During her tenure, she provided strategic leadership in the creation and development of the corporate HR department, and generalist support to 600+ employees. Her accomplishments included the development of the internal recruiting function, domestic relocation program, plus creation and implementation of a new hire orientation program.

At Gould Electronics, a $350 million manufacturing company, Bonnie led the design and delivery of training and development programs. After graduating from Gibbs College with a degree in Business Administration, she held numerous HR positions during her ten-plus years at Picker International (kna Philips Medical), her last position there being Corporate Pension Manager. Bonnie is an active member in the Society for Human Resource Management, the Employment Management Association, and the Human Resources Association of Central Ohio.
